Role: Product Strategist & Design Lead
At Tebio, I led the product strategy and experience design for a multi-solution B2B SaaS platform aimed at small to medium-sized businesses and large-scale enterprises. My focus was to align product storytelling and UX design with market needs—enabling seamless adoption of complex software by users with minimal technical knowledge.
Client Vision
Tebio offers a range of software solutions tailored to business-critical operations—from POS systems to unified communications. The key requirement was to communicate this breadth of services through a cohesive digital experience that makes each solution accessible, usable, and clearly differentiated.
My Responsibilities
Product Discovery & User Mapping: Conducted stakeholder interviews and competitive analysis to understand the specific needs of target segments (SMEs, startups, large enterprises), defining use cases and prioritising features for product storytelling.
Experience Architecture: Structured the platform’s information hierarchy to accommodate diverse offerings (POS, Ticketing, Subscription Management, ID App, UCaaS) without overwhelming the user.
Segmented Product Positioning: Defined messaging and UX flows for each solution based on its core audience, value proposition, and integration complexity.
Visual & Interaction Design: Directed visual design and usability efforts across the platform, ensuring consistency while allowing each solution to maintain a unique identity.
Design & Product Strategy Highlights
Multi-Solution Navigation Strategy: Implemented a clear, colour-coded system to guide users through Tebio’s suite of tools, reducing cognitive load while improving task orientation.
Material Design Integration: Adopted Google’s Material Design framework to ensure responsive, accessible, and scalable design across web and mobile interfaces.
Prototyping & Handoff: Delivered high-fidelity prototypes and developer-ready assets using InVision, Zeplin, and Adobe Creative Suite ensuring smooth implementation within Agile sprints.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Worked directly with founders, developers, and business leads to define MVP requirements, align on priorities, and iterate based on feedback.
Outcome & Business Impact
The new Tebio platform successfully unified diverse tools into a user-friendly, scalable interface. The strategic segmentation of software solutions improved product comprehension and engagement among non-technical users. This positioning strengthened Tebio’s brand as a versatile SaaS provider and improved the overall adoption rate across industries.
